Please read through our Returns Policy below carefully as you are agreeing to this when you make a purchase with us.

 Returns Policy

If you find your item isn't fitting quite right, we will be more than happy to do an exchange. Although our inventory sells quickly and we can not guarantee exchanges will be available in the size you want. Returns are refunded only via store credit in the form of a Runway Skirts E-Gift Card. Runway Skirts does not issue store credit for the original shipping charge.

Please take in consideration that Runway Skirts doesn't accept the following clothing/items.

        White and Ivory clothing pieces are Final Sale. Body Suits and Beachwear are Final Sale. Also pieces with Sequins, Rhinestones and/or Pearls are Final Sale.

        Accessories including belts, hats, bags and jewelry are Final Sale. 

        Items on Sale, Holiday Specials, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and/or Final Sale can't be returned, exchanged or receive a store credit.

Returns must be in Saleable Condition and meet the following requirements;

        Return request must be placed in our  Return Center within 7 day of receiving the merchandise. Items must be shipped out within 7 days of receiving your RMA#. As evidenced by the support email and courier's tracking information. Returns sent without RMA# and without a name will be refused and returned to the postal office. Runway Skirts is not responsable for the delivery of these returns.

        Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and include original packaging with all the tags and labels attached.

        Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smell, or similar product stains/condition will be refused.

        You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

        Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, please make sure they're packed up properly. Also keep your proof of postage and Tracking Number.

        Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll email you to let you know when the exchanged piece will be shipped or receive the store E-Gift Card via email.

        In the rare case you received a faulty item, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. Please include pictures of the damage /defect in the email.

        Store credit has one year expiration date.

       Runway Skirts reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Runway Skirts sole discretion.

How to start an online return?

Please refer to the Return Policy for more information and to ensure that your return meets the requirements stated.

    1. Visit our Returns Center  and enter your order number and email address to start your return.
    2. Follow the instructions and select the item you want to return.
    3. Once your return is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and RMA#. Items must be shipped out within 7 days after receiving your RMA number. Returns sent without RMA# and without a name will be refused and returned to the postal office. Runway Skirts is not responsable for the delivery of these returns.
    4. Once your package is received, please allow 2-3 business days to process your return. When your return is processed, an E-Gift Card will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If the email is not in your inbox, don't forget to check your junk mail or spam folders.

Fair Use

        If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right: e.g. we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them. Ordering and returning pieces more than even our most loyal BFF's would, or the items returned don't match what you ordered. Then we may reserve our right to refuse any return and might have to deactivate your account. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch with Support and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.
